As a groundbreaking healthcare company, Quantum Health was poised to launch a massive online recruiting campaign and needed to attract top talent while keeping its current employees happy during this time of growth.
To achieve Quantum Health’s objectives, Approach immediately turned its attention to Glassdoor, knowing that nearly 90% of its users are actively looking for jobs. At the same time, an employee task force was created to help tell the Quantum Health culture story. A strong online presence via Facebook was also established and the company’s culture story was told through video interviews, testimonials and photos of current employees.
During the initial three-month campaign, Quantum Health exceeded its recruitment goals, filling all open positions ahead of schedule and within the established budget.
