A Buckeye in every sense of the word, Sherehan Ross graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in creative writing before returning for an MBA, with a focus in marketing, from the Max M. Fisher College of Business.
Following a fruitful career, where she worked across functions from operations to sales to marketing, at Nationwide Mutual Insurance and Scotts Miracle-Gro, she ultimately decided to pursue an independent career.
In 2015, Sherehan founded her own digital marketing consulting agency focused on helping small businesses and startups expand their digital footprint to attract and retain clients.
With over 15 years of expertise across industries such as retail, CPG, insurance, financial services, staffing and recruiting, technology, boutique fitness, music and startups, Sherehan excels at supporting Approach Marketing clients in the areas of, social media, both paid and earned, as well as campaign management, SEO, content curation and digital marketing strategies.

Traveling abroad and living in a foreign country has shaped my perspective and taught me that everyone’s reality is unique. Understanding differing cultures, languages and even foods helps me up my communication game and be more thoughtful in my approach.
